It’s also a good idea to use the stopwatch on your phone to track your wear time until you find a routine that works for you.
Cleaning Your Aligners
Fortunately, you don’t need anything special or expensive to clean your aligners. Just rinse them with clean, cool water each time you take them off. Then, before you put them back on, gently remove food particles, saliva, and other debris from the surface with a soft-bristle toothbrush and mild dishwashing liquid.

Eating & Drinking
